Field Conditions

2019-04-09 Yesterday three of us were out at the field around 1:00pm. Jon was doing his second round of mowing/rolling the airstrip. Since it is still slightly soft the rolling is doing a great job and airstrip is very smooth.

The pit area is also mowed but is still quite soft. A vehicle would leave wheel prints and if left sitting would likely settle. Please stay on the drive and turn around on the northwest corner where there is a gravel turn around area.

Flying conditions were excellent yesterday with clear, sunny sky, nearly calm winds and temperature of air around 65 or so. If the weather holds this could be an excellent flying year.
