May 5th, 9-noon: Spring Cleanup!
Thanks to everyone who came out for the cleanup day. Everyone had a good time and the field has never looked better!
April 14, 2018: Indoor Fun Had By All!
Seven guys showed up for the Indoor Fly at Cooper School Saturday April 14th. six fixed wing planes and at least ten quadrocopters of various descriptions took to the air, walls, fans and basketball hoops! There was lots of laughter and no tears in spite of several mishaps. No blood flowed! Discussion has already begun about doing it again. Watch for news.
May, 2017: Hosting a local Boy Scout Troupe!
In May 2016 our club hosted a local Boy Scout Troup. They fixed us a wonderful Dutch Oven Goodie and we let them fly buddy style! Fun day all around. Here our instructor pilot is giving a basic aerodynamics class!
